THE THING YOU'VE BEEN PUTTING OFF
You've thought about a trip like this before. A real one — not a quick getaway where you come back more depleted than when you left.
You've thought about having a week that's actually yours. No one else's needs. No inbox. No performance.
You've thought about meeting women who get it. Who don't need context. Who show up the same way you do — capable, accomplished, and quietly exhausted.
You didn't book it because life kept moving. Because the timing wasn't right. Because spending that much on yourself felt hard to justify.
We hear that. And we're going to ask you to question it.
WHAT IS THE ITALIAN
Reset ?It's a week in Puglia, Italy — the slow, raw, beautiful south — with 10 diverse women who chose to show up for themselves.
Seven days at Ostuni A Mare. Every meal cooked fresh. Every morning, starting with movement. Every evening ending around a long table.
It's not a spa retreat. It's not a yoga intensive. It's not a conference with a passport.
It's a reset. A real one. The kind that changes how you come back.
The week at a glance.
We don't publish a minute-by-minute schedule — this isn't that kind of retreat. Here's the honest shape of the week.
Day 1 — Arrive & Exhale You land. You get settled. You meet your people. The welcome dinner is your first real exhale — good food, no agenda. The welcome ritual sets the tone: intentional, warm, no performance required.
Day 2 & 3 — Slow Down & Find Your Rhythm Mornings start with gentle movement on sun-warmed stone. Afternoons are shared: a cooking experience, guided journaling circles, your first village walk. Evenings are long tables, slow meals, and conversation that goes somewhere unexpected. By Day 3, something loosens in you.
Day 4 & 5 — Go Deeper The group has its rhythm now. Conversations get more honest. Laughter gets louder. A local market morning. A vineyard walk. A free afternoon to explore, rest, or do absolutely nothing. A sunset moment you'll talk about for years.
Day 6 — Integration One of the most underrated days. We slow down together, reflect on the week, and talk about what you're taking home — and what you're leaving behind. This is where the reset actually lands.
Day 7 — Farewell & Departure The goodbye breakfast. The long hugs. The promise to stay in touch — and this group does. You leave Ostuni with a full heart and a different kind of tired. The good kind.
